Agents are individual operatives who perform a variety of actions for your empire. Different types are recruited by leaders for actions ranging from espionage, diplomatic, financial to religious. These actions take place on a selected area of a world when an agent is deployed.
New agent actions are available every hour during which they take on different statuses. When an agent is available, the player can select an action to be deployed. For the remainder of that hour the agent is occupied. Sometimes agents are blocked by actions of enemy agents. Agents can be removed or extracted from a world. It takes several real time hours before any reassignment can take place and during that time an agent is considered to be in debriefing. When debriefing is completed, the agent is furloughed and ready to be deployed. Once the time allotted for deployment is over, the agent is again available to take on new actions at their location.
