When two fleets occupy the same orbit it is the precursor for a Space Battle.

• Round 0: Launch Fighters & Bombers
• Round 1: Launch Missiles with Attrition
• Round 2: Fighters & Bombers with Fighter Attrition
• Round 3: Fighters & Bombers Attrition
• Round 4: Long Range Massive Weapons with Torpedoes
• Round 5: Long Range Massive & Heavy Weapons
• Round 6: Medium Range Massive, Heavy & Medium Weapons with Torpedoes
• Round 7: Medium Range Massive, Heavy, Medium & Light Weapons
• Round 8: Short Range Heavy, Medium & Light Weapons with Torpedoes
• Round 9: Short Range Heavy, Medium & Light Weapons
• Round 10: Close Range Medium & Light Weapons with Torpedoes
• Round 11: Close Range Medium & Light Weapons

Battle Results

• Pyrrhic Victory: Success with such a heavy cost that it feels like a loss.
• Draw: Neither fleet wins.
• Exchange: Fleets shooting at each other.
• Skirmish: A small localized fight.
• Minor Victory: A fleet achieves a limited tactical objective, but did not alter the strategic dynamics in its favor.
• Major Victory: A fleet achieves a significant victory that not only defeats the enemy, it advanced their overall strategic goals.
• Decisive Victory: A fleet achieves such an overwhelming and comprehensive victory that it establishes conditions to end hostilities.
• Defeat: A fleet loses battle by suffering significant derogation in capability or will to fight.
