Leaders (Revised)
Leaders are characters in the game who run your empire. They can boost Armies, Fleets, Production, and complete Missions.
Empires begin with one leader as their Primary Leader. This leader receives skill bonuses based on the selected Colony.
Commissioning Leaders
Additional leaders need to be commissioned using the Leader popup. Commissioning a leader adds them to the Empire's roster of active leaders. Leaders are typically commissioned onto the Empire's Homeworld. The number of leaders in an empire is based on the population size.
Decommissioning Leaders
A leader can be decommissioned to make room in the roster for a new one using the Leader popup. An Empire's Primary Leader cannot be decommissioned.
Skills
There are 9 different skills a leader can have. A skill that a leader already has can be increased as a Mission Reward. A leader can gain a level in a skill they don't have through Artifacts. A leader’s ability to influence game play is based on respective skill levels.
The different leader skills are:
• Political |

• Psionic |
