End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "You") and Gwythdarian LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By installing, copying, or using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you disagree with the terms, do not install or use StariumXCV (Software Product).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software Product for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and restrictions outlined in this EULA. ________________________________________

2. RESTRICTIONS You may NOT: • Modify, sublicense, assign, or transfer the Software Product or any rights under this EULA. • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derived from the source code of the Software Product, except where expressly permitted by law. • Use the Software Product to violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Exploit flaws in the Software Product or use Software Product in unintended ways • Use the Software Product in conjunction with unauthorized third-party tools. • Rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software Product without prior written permission from Gwythdarian LLC. ________________________________________

3. SUPPORT SERVICES The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide support services related to the Software Product. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate such services at any time. ________________________________________

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. ________________________________________   5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES To foster a positive gaming environment, all users must adhere to the following community guidelines: • Respectful Communication: Engage with other players respectfully. Hate speech, discrimination, and harassment will not be tolerated. • No Explicit or Offensive Content: Do not use offensive or derogatory language in any game-related content, including empire names, leader names, fleet names, beacon messages, or flag messages. • Reporting Violations: Players are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior. ________________________________________

6. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION The Company may collect personal and technical information, including but not limited to user ID, email address, IP address, device configuration, and software usage. This information is used to provide support, improve our services, and ensure compliance with this EULA. Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties without consent, except as required by law. ________________________________________

7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES & IN-GAME PURCHASES You may purchase in-game content under the following conditions: • You are 18 years of age or older. • In-game purchases are non-refundable except where legally required. • If an account remains inactive for 365 days, the Company reserves the right to deactivate the account and forfeit any associated in-game currency. ________________________________________

8. TERMINATION This EULA remains in effect until terminated. The Company may terminate your access to the Software Product at any time, with or without notice, for violations of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software Product. ________________________________________

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All rights, titles, and interests in the Software Product, including modifications, updates, and content, remain the exclusive property of Gwythdarian LLC. Unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property is strictly prohibited. ________________________________________   10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Software Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. Your use of the Software Product is at your own risk. ________________________________________

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gwythdarian LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software Product, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. ________________________________________ 12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the state of Michigan, USA unless otherwise required by law. ________________________________________

13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by the Company to enforce any right under this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of that right. ________________________________________
